Short Course on EasyREMO in Windhoek, Namibia

GERICS conducted a short course on EasyREMO and regional climate change assessment from 24th to 27th October 2017 in Windhoek, Namibia. The participants, students and scientists involved in SASSCAL, were the first users of EasyREMO.

The focus of this course was on the easy to use regional climate model EasyREMO, which was developed within SASSCAL in order to allow researchers without access to high peformance computers to conduct theit own climate simulations, and on climate change assessment with emphasis on practical exercises.
