Pravin Paudel joined GERICS as a doctoral candidate, working on the CoCareSociety Project (Co-creating Climate Services for Care Economy and Caring Society). The project aims to understand the interrelations between climate change, long-term care, health, and well-being of the elderly, and their energy efficiency in the living environment. It will investigate how changes can be induced in the interconnected systems to maximize the health-climate-energy nexus outcomes to co-create friendly, climate-resilient, affordable, and sustainable future societies.
Pravin Paudel holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Northampton, U.K., and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Pokhara University, Nepal. Prior to joining GERICS, he worked on various health projects, specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research. With over a decade of professional experience, he has developed expertise in strategic information, project monitoring and evaluation, research implementation, and knowledge sharing.
